When will I receive my conference pass?
We don’t send out physical conference passes for Earth USA but you should have received a registration confirmation e-mail when you completed your online registration. This registration confirmation automatically added you to our attendance roster for the conference. You will receive your name tag at check in on Friday morning This name tag will serve as your physical conference pass for the weekend so be sure to have it and wear it at all times!

Where can I park?
There are a limited number of parking spots directly behind the conference venue (Scottish Rite Center). These parking spots are available on a first come, first served basis for conference attendees. Once the lot is full for day, plan on using paid parking on the street or local (paid) parking lots or garages. We do encourage people to walk to Scottish Rite if possible as downtown parking in Santa Fe is challenging.
