Earth USA 2026 - Registration


Online registration for Earth USA 2026 will open on Monday, June 8, 2026.

Please note: Due to venue capacity precautions, conference attendance will be limited to 180 people. We will not be selling conference passes at the door in Santa Fe and fully expect our conference passes to sell out in advance online. Please use our online registration system to pre-purchase your conference pass by midnight Friday, September 4, 2026. No additional passes will be sold after this date so that we are able to provide our conference venue with an accurate attendee count two weeks before the conference begins. 3-Day Full Access Passes

  • A normal 3-day conference pass costs $325.

  • A student 3-day conference pass costs $160 (valid student ID required).

All 3-day full access passes include:

  • access to all Podium, Panel and Poster Presentations

  • an electronic copy of the Earth USA 2026 Conference Proceedings

  • access to all conference Coffee Breaks

  • access to the Friday Evening Social Event hosted by The Earthbuilders’ Guild

  • access to the Sunday Afternoon Walking Tour of Santa Fe (limited to 25 people)

Refund Policy: The deadline to request a full refund for conference passes purchased in advance is Friday, September 4, 2026 by midnight (MST). No refunds will be granted after this date.
