Earth USA 2026 - Instructions for Podium Presentation Submissions

All podium presenters are requested to submit their podium presentation files by Tuesday, September 1, 2026 to allow the file to be tested to ensure correct playback at the conference. PowerPoint, Keynote or PDF presentation files should be emailed directly to Kurt Gardella at kurt@adobeinaction.org. For files larger than 20MB we recommend using a file transfer service such as We Transfer or Dropbox Transfer.

PowerPoint/Keynote/PDF Slideshow Formatting and Guidelines:

• Maximum duration of slideshow: 15 minutes (+ 5 minutes of Q & A)

• Suggested maximum number of slides: 20

• Use large and clear type.

• Use high resolution images and graphics (minimum 300dpi).

• Be sure to include the author's name, institutional affiliation and contact details in the slideshow.

• Be sure to include the Earth USA 2026 Logo in the header or footer of your presentation.
