Earth USA 2026 - Instructions for Poster Presentation Submissions

All poster presenters are requested to submit their poster presentation file (in PDF format) by Tuesday, September 1, 2026. We will cover the costs of having your poster printed and mounted on backing board using our printer in Santa Fe. PDF poster files should be emailed directly to Kurt Gardella at kurt@adobeinaction.org. For files larger than 20MB we recommend using a file transfer service such as We Transfer or Dropbox Transfer. PLEASE NOTE: Our staff will take care of displaying your poster for you at the time of your poster presentation slot. All conference posters will stay in our possession after the conference and be added to the Earth USA Poster Archive.

PDF Poster File Formatting and Guidelines:

• Required paper/canvas size: Large Poster (24" wide x 36" tall)

• Maximum number of poster pages: 1

• Poster orientation: vertical

• Use large and clear type.

• Use high resolution JPEG or TIFF images and graphics (minimum 300dpi).

• We recommend dividing your poster up into 3 clear sections. Identify the problem, issue or context for your subject in the top third of the poster. Present your research & data in the middle third. Provide a conclusion in the bottom third of your poster. Each section of the poster should include a title.

• Be sure to include the author's name, institutional affiliation and contact details on the poster.

• Be sure to include the Earth USA 2026 Logo in the header or footer of your presentation.
