Earth USA 2022 - Tours
Earth USA 2022 is organizing 1.5 days of tours to local earthbuilding sights of interest for conference participants and attendees. The first tour is a Sunday Afternoon Walking Tour of Santa Fe which is taking place directly after the conference on Sunday, September 25th from 3pm to 4:30pm. The Sunday Afternoon Walking Tour of Santa Fe is free but limited to 25 people.
The second tour is a Self-Drive/Self-Pay Tour to sights in and around Northern New Mexico and Southern Colorado (guided by Quentin Wilson and other field experts). This self-drive tour will take place on Monday, September 26th (with an option to extend the tour route into Tuesday, September 27th for those who have the time and interest to see more).
Please note: Even if you are only participating on Monday, expect to book one night of self-pay lodging in Southern Colorado for this tour. Also, the tour is “self-drive and self-pay” for all meals, snacks and lodging along the tour. Our minimal registration fee ($30 for Monday, $50 if you add the Tuesday option) is to cover basic logistics of setting up the tour route for the group. Tickets for the Monday Self-Drive/Self-Pay Tour can be purchased in advance online starting September 17, 2022. We are limiting the number of Monday Tour tickets to 25 which will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. An additional 10 tour tickets were also available if the 25 spots sold out but we encouraged participants to purchase their tour tickets online asap to reserve their spots.
AIA Members: 8 AIA/CES credits (LU|HSW) are available for the Earth USA 2022 Monday Tour. Adobe in Action (the official organizer of Earth USA 2022) is an Approved Continuing Education Systems Provider through the American Institute of Architects (AIA). *Please Note: All tour times and stops subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel the Monday Self-Drive/Self-Pay Tour if we do not receive enough registrations by September 23, 2022. If the tour is canceled, a full refund will be issued.
