Earth USA 2026 - Podium & Poster Guidelines

Instructions for Podium Presentation Submissions


All podium presenters are requested to submit their podium presentation files by Friday, September 11, 2026 to allow the file to be tested to ensure correct playback at the conference. PowerPoint, Keynote or PDF presentation files should be emailed directly to Kurt Gardella at kurt@adobeinaction.org. For files larger than 20MB we recommend using a file transfer service such as We Transfer.

PowerPoint/Keynote/PDF Slideshow Formatting and Guidelines:

  • Maximum duration of slideshow: 20 minutes (+5 minutes of Q & A)

  • Suggested maximum number of slides: 25

  • Use large and clear type.

  • Use high resolution images and graphics (minimum 300dpi).

  • Be sure to include the author's name, institutional affiliation and contact details in the slideshow.

  • Be sure to include the Earth USA 2024 Logo in the header or footer of your presentation.


Instructions for Poster Presentation Submissions


All poster presenters are requested to submit their poster presentation file (in PDF format) by Tuesday, September 1, 2026. We will have your poster printed and mounted on foam core board using our printer in Santa Fe. PDF poster files should be emailed directly to Kurt Gardella at kurt@adobeinaction.org. For files larger than 20MB we recommend using a file transfer service such as We Transfer. Our staff will take care of displaying your poster for you at the time of your poster presentation slot.

PDF Poster File Formatting and Guidelines:

  • Required paper/canvas size: Large Poster (24" wide x 36" tall)

  • Maximum number of poster pages: 1

  • Poster orientation: vertical

  • Use large and clear type.

  • Use high resolution JPEG or TIFF images and graphics (minimum 300dpi).

  • Each section of the poster should include a title and a brief text explanation.

  • Be sure to include the author's name, institutional affiliation and contact details on the poster.

  • Be sure to include the Earth USA 2024 Logo in the header or footer of your poster.
