Earth USA 2026 - Full Paper Requirements
Instructions for Full Paper Submissions
All presenters are requested to submit their full papers by Sunday, June 7, 2026 for publication in the Earth USA 2026 Conference Proceedings. Final full papers should be emailed directly to the conference organizing team at kurt@adobeinaction.org (Kurt Gardella).
Important: Full paper submissions are not peer-reviewed by Earth USA. Authors are responsible for all content, image copyrights and the linguistic correctness of their papers. All text, images and graphics will be formatted to ensure uniform layout of the conference proceedings. Consider using minimal formatting to facilitate a smooth integration of your paper into our 2026 Conference Proceedings.
Full Paper Submission & Formatting Requirements:
Please submit 2 versions of your final full paper: 1) a DOCX file + 2) a PDF file of your paper. The PDF version helps us solve potential formatting issues.
Please submit 2 versions of your images/graphics: 1) insert your images and graphics directly into your paper + 2) also attach the images and graphics as separate JPEG or TIFF files. Please use descriptive file names or a numbering system which matches the images inserted into your paper. Be sure to use high resolution images (minimum of 300dpi).
Limit your full paper to a maximum of 7 pages (including images and graphics).
Set your document size to US Letter or A4.
Set your font size to 12 and use standard margins.
Set your line spacing to 1.5.
We also require that authors submit a short biography (60 words maximum) along with a contact e-mail address to be included in the conference proceedings. If your paper has multiple authors, please submit a short bio and contact e-mail address for each author.
